Retired Lecturers Association of Xavier's is the association of retired teachers. The objective of the association is to ensure the participation of the teachers in the progress and developement of the college. It is the meeting ground for the Xaverians.The activities undertaken are social and academic.They attend all the major events and functions of the college. A helping hand in teaching was lent when no regular appointments in staff vacancy by the government. In the cultural events of the college activities also, there is active participation by RELAX. Relax applauds and awards the rank holders outstanding students at the College day celebrations.
