This Cell is functional with an H.R.O (Human Relations Officer) in overall charge, with the principal as the head. It addresses the sensitive areas that need patient listening, understanding, care and of course redressal in the form of needy action. The pulse of all stakeholders is accessed through anonymous, open, uninhibited written suggestions. The cell functions under college IQUAC and currently has Dr Ansa Alphonsa Antony , as the in charge. The feed back system for faculties and students are completely computerised.
The Grievance Redressal Cell organised a students interaction programme with the Principal for the Undergraduate students (Regular and SF) on the 30th and the 31st of January and on the 6th of February for the Post Graduate students.
Anti Ragging Cell is highly functional in St. Xavier’s College keeping it self alert on student issues. The college being a disciplined women’s college ragging related problems seldom arise, although the cell is active under the guidance of a faculty member and a committee.
